Teresa is a wife, mama, former corporate leader, and intuitive guide who left behind decades in the hospitality industry after answering the question that changed everything: Is this all there is?

That question led her into a deeper journey of healing and remembrance through astrology, Human Design, meditation, EFT tapping, Reiki, breathwork, sound healing, and nervous system restoration.

What she discovered is this: you are not random. Your design is not random. And the more deeply you understand yourself, the more clearly you can live, choose, heal, and create.
